Booking Payment Policy
- All bookings at Void Gaming Lounge are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been successfully received.
- Customers may be required to pay either the full booking amount, depending on the type of reservation, duration, event, package, or promotion selected.
- A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been completed and confirmed by Void Gaming Lounge. Unpaid or incomplete bookings may be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including date, time, number of players, selected devices, and package type, are correct before confirming payment.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking by contacting Void Gaming Lounge through the official communication channels. Cancellation eligibility and refund amount depend on the time of cancellation, booking type, and whether the booking was for a regular gaming session, private room, tournament, event, birthday package, or special offer. Void Gaming Lounge reserves the right to cancel any booking in cases of incorrect information, payment failure, suspicious activity, violation of lounge rules, emergency circumstances, or operational issues.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to the following general rules: For cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund. For late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend at the booked time, payments may be non-refundable. Deposits paid to secure bookings may be non-refundable unless Void Gaming Lounge cancels the booking or approves the refund at its discretion. Refunds are not provided for used gaming time, partially used sessions, customer lateness, personal change of plans, or dissatisfaction caused by circumstances outside the lounge’s control. If Void Gaming Lounge cancels a confirmed booking due to technical issues, maintenance, overbooking, emergency closure, or any internal reason, the customer may be offered either a full refund or rescheduling to another available time.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used. Void Gaming Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Pricing and Payment Errors
Void Gaming Lounge reserves the right to correct pricing errors, payment errors, or website mistakes at any time. If an incorrect price is displayed or charged, Void Gaming Lounge may cancel the booking, request payment of the correct amount, or issue a refund where applicable.
